Staff Sgt. Cleshay Rogers
FORT CARSON, Colo. — Meet Staff Sgt. Cleshay Rogers, the 4th Infantry Division and Fort Carson Soldier of the Week. Rogers is the NCO in charge of the battalion intelligence section for 4th Attack Reconnaissance Battalion, 4th Aviation Regiment, 4th Combat Aviation Brigade, 4th Inf. Div. She single-handedly established the battalion’s master driver program by developing a comprehensive vehicle truck commander training curriculum and certification process. In addition to being an expert in her craft, Rogers displayed her physical toughness and recently attained the title of the Ivy Week Bantamweight Class Combatives tournament champion. She consistently performs above her rank and outside the scope of her duties. Rogers is a phenomenal NCO and the lifeblood of the battalion. Steadfast and Loyal!
