LEPOSAVIC, Kosovo — Lt. Col. Donald Braman, commander, 3rd Squadron, 61st Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, meets Leposavic Mayor Zoran Todic during the Saint Vasilije Ostroški Festival May 19, 2018, in Leposavic, Kosovo. Soldiers from the 3rd Sqdn., 61st Cav. Reg., 2nd IBCT, ran in 5K and 600-meter races, watched a youth soccer tournament, visited the Church of St. Vasilije Ostroški and patronized the town’s restaurants, shops and street vendor stalls. The purpose of their participation in the festival was to establish relationships and build trust in the municipality, enhance civil-military relations, engage with civil authorities and have a social and economic impact.
